Maria Sharapova had to fight through a three-set match in the second round of the BNP Paribas Open on Friday.

One reward? Her boyfriend, Los Angeles Lakers guard Sasha Vujacic, came out to Indian Wells and was watching Sharapova practice Saturday at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Sharapova, seeded 10th, likely will play her third-round match Sunday, and it's against 18th-seeded Zheng Jie of China.
